There needed to be two working bees to complete the paved area when it was realised that the platform that was created was quite sloped and therefore the frame around the pavers had to be built up somewhat. Lots inventive carpentry and lots of barrows of dirt and gravel later the pavers were able to be laid. Just in time as several days of rain followed and we are proud to say the paved area held up well and sets off the entrance to the garden.
