Tea Gardens Mini Convention

Accommodation is available at the Tea Gardens Motel. Club Rooms $120 per night, Queen Rooms $130 per night

This year's theme-The Luck of the Irish to be sure to be sure

Date for the business session alone is Saturday 27th February 9am-noon

If people are staying the whole time it's Thursday 25th bunk In

Friday golf or at leisure 

Saturday District meeting....afternoon games ......Themed dress night in the evening

Sunday 28th breakfast and home

Thursday 25th Feb – early arrivals book in to the same venue as last year, Tea Gardens Country Club motel, and join the group for a chinese meal at the local club after drinks in the garden area in the centre of the motel.

NOTE – The club is no longer supplying breakfast – you can wander down to the foreshore where there ar a number of eateries serving breakfast or you can bring your own and dine in the BBQ area at the  motel.

Friday 26th. Feb – golfers meet in the carpark 8.am  to depart to the golf course. Others own arrangements – ferry to Nelson Bay, a wander around Tea Gardens, lunch own arrangements.

As the small function room we used in previous years at the motel is no longer available we have booked the function room at the Tea Garden Hotel where we used to stay. Attendees can take a walk down to the hotel or I am hoping our great bus driver, Bryan, may provide a shuttle to and from the hotel. Dinner can be at the hotel or if you prefer have dinner at the club then join the group at 7pm for some fun events in the function room at the Tea Gardens Hotel.

Saturday 22nd Feb.

 

9am a divisional council at a venue to be announced hosted by the Lt. Gov Mary Greenwood with  Governor Roy Seccafien  in attendance. This is the only formal part of the weekend with all div 2 presidents and secretaries asked to attend.

Saturday afternoon games in the grassed area outside our rooms at the motel.

 Saturday from 6.30pm  a shuttle bus will be available to transport you to a venue to be announced. This year’s theme– The Luck of the Irish to be sure to be sure                             dress for the theme if you wish Decorations, some Irish food, and music will be on offer!
